Ordering Information

When placing your order, please include a telephone number or email address where you can easily be reached. We will use this contact information to either call or send you a confirmation that we have received your order and are currently processing it. In the event that we are temporarily out of stock on an item, we will suggest an alternative product for your purchase.

If you like, you may also download a printable order form that we have provided here for your convenience. (Please click the link below to obtain the order form.) Simply fill out the form fields with all the appropriate information, and either fax or email it back to our account & sales manager. We will contact you as soon as possible to finalize your purchase.

Texas Exotic Meats will make every effort to meet your corporate requirements and needs. For this reason, our company has $5,000,000.00 in product liability insurance.

Shipping Information

Texas Exotic Meats ships your orders by FedEx anywhere in the continental U.S. Our venison is vacuum sealed in cryovac plastic packaging and shipped in reusable Styrofoam containers surrounded by cool packs. Most orders are shipped standard overnight, depending upon your location, or unless otherwise requested. (In some cases, a Saturday delivery can be arranged for an additional charge.) If the products are in stock, your shipment will go out Monday through Thursday, after we receive your order. Please feel free to contact us for any additional ordering questions.

For a limited time, there will be no additional charges for our regular weekday shipping and handling on orders of $100.00 or more. Offer expires Oct. 15th 2007. This does not apply to orders for quail.

Note: Texas Exotic Meats cannot be held responsible for any orders either received late or ruined during the delivery process due to weather-related delays encountered by FedEx. These problems are simply out of our control.
