Processing
We make every effort to harvest our animals in a painless and stress-free
way. The animals are allowed to enter a large grass pasture that
narrows to a loading pen. They are then transported to a USDA processing
facility, and inspected by a government meat inspector. The carcass
is properly aged, cut as requested by the customer, and vacuum sealed.
The meat is shipped overnight in insulated coolers with cold packs.
